About LTBA.

Hello, my name is Seth and I am the President and 8U boys coach of the LTBA. With 14 years of playing experience, 5 years of coaching, and a strong passion for the game I understand the value of teamwork, development, and a supportive environment. My mission is to build a strong, family- friendly league. It is our goal that Liberty Township families can watch their children grow and improve in the sport while also enjoying a fun, inclusive and high-quality baseball/softball experience. 

Hello! Hope all is well!! My name is George Hall, and I am the current 10u Baseball coach and Vice President for the Liberty Township Baseball Association. I’ve taken these positions to try and help rebuild this league.  I come with 18 years of playing experience, and 10 years of helping/coaching younger players. 

Hello, my name is Joe Seifert and I am the new Director of T-Ball for the LTBA. I am very excited about this role as I love to teach kids the basics of sports. I, myself played for the LTBA when I was younger and my dad was a coach for myself and my sister. He also was part of the Board for the LTBA and I look forward to following in his footsteps by being part of the Board.

Hi! I’m Kalyn Sharrow – this year’s LTBA secretary! Liberty alum now raising her 3 boys through the district as well! Usually you can find me at a field, court, or gymnastics gym for one of the kids! When I DO have time outside of their sports, I’m either at the gym, at my church, or attempting to read a book!

Hello, My name is Samantha and I am this year’s LTBA treasurer and concessions director! With my softball experience peaking at T-Ball, I will instead be lending my skills to the administration side of our program. Baseball has been a constant in our family since I first met my husband. His passion for the sport is inspiring and I am happy to support his vision for our community’s baseball and softball program. I am bringing with me two years of experience as the president of Liberty’s PTA so I am no stranger to the hard work that comes with managing community programs! I am looking forward to another year of witnessing all of the hard work and happy faces on the fields! 

Hello my name is Bill Martin. I am the Equipment Manager. I will be in charge of all league provided equipment for our programs. I played baseball for 7 years and have a passion for baseball in both Major League and Youth programs. I have been involved in our league in various coaching roles since 2022. I hope for a great year let’s swing for the fences!
